I've had a great experience with Smile so far! After researching a lot of different loyalty/ rewards platforms for my brand, smile kept coming up. I even downloaded and tested out different platforms, and smile was by far the easiest to use and set up. I built out my loyalty plan very quickly, a d got it all up and running with the help of their team, specifically Lisa who was super helpful.
