The Revive Club review for Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

This is an edit of a previous review I left a few days back. I was unhappy about some aspects of the platform, and felt the lack of certain functionality was stopping me from gaining traction with my program. Instantly Smile's head of technical support contacted me to address these issues and present solutions to all the concerns. A few days later we've implemented a number of changes, and credit where it's due, Smile have been superb in their response. Thanks!
