We've been using Smile.io to power our points program for more than a year, and we love it. It's easy to implement and really provides us with a key pillar to our customer retention strategy. The return on investment is great and saves us a lot of time and money versus building it ourselves. Smile works so well that we haven't had much need to access their support team for help or resources. It was only recently that we reached out for with technical questions as we look to improve our site. We were so happy with our interaction with Smile's Help Team. They are responsive, courteous, and generous with their time and attention. This single thread of interaction really boosted our opinion of Smile: we learned that the company is more than software engineers, they are also specialists in providing quality customer service.
