I can easily update customer rewards through the admin panel along with managing redemptions and referral rewards! It is easy to use, and works great for what I need! In addition, what makes this program even better is the amazing customer service! Even though I am on their free version, they were able to quickly identify an issue in my theme.liquid file that was preventing the dashboard from displaying on my website! The customer service and support to get me back up and running was by far superior and I am now recommending this platform to my team to incorporate for their customer rewards!
