Beau Ties of Vermont review for Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through.
