I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional support provided by Shelby in helping us resolve a customer's issue with our rewards app. Shelby was quick to respond and offered a clear and helpful solution by suggesting the use of a deep link to our Smile panel. She provided us with the exact link we needed, as well as a guide for additional deep links, which was incredibly valuable.
