Beware, app shows that you fit in 1 sms character limit, but charge you for 2! Customer support just simply ignore and doesn't answer at all.

not recommended. App doens't work for loads of countries. Cost per sms is also very expensive. cs replies once every week, so unable to fix things or ask questions when you need help. Added 30usd as credit, can't get our money back. BAD Edit: Customer support response time was very very slow. But after my review, THEY suddenly took the initiative, and responded very fast. A bit dissapointed it had to go like this. About the app: it is very basic. It works, and is easy to install. So if you're a beginner and don't want to spend too much time on this, it is a okay choice. However its also quite expensive. 50 cent for 1 sms is a lot imo.

We do not recommend this app. It sends SMS marketing messages to customers who did not give consent, which creates serious legal and compliance risks for our business. We contacted customer support at least 5 times about this issue. Each time, they assured us it was fixed. It was not. The problem happened again. This is extremely unreliable, both the app and the customer service. If you care about compliance and protecting your business, stay away.

It's fairly basic, but I at least like that it doesn't require the customer to xxxxxxx. It's fast to set up too, unlike Klav--. It's a good temporary measure to get efficient abandoned cart reminders up and running, but as soon as the store becomes bigger I'm personally moving to a cheaper alternative. I think Klav-- is about 1/3 the price per SMS.

automation good, but every time you edit marketing template, you need to wait for manual verification, and the process is slow.

Great app for abandoned checkout recovery. Useful for increasing your conversion percentage and bolting on more revenue with little to no extra work on your part.

Really good app for SMS marketing and cart recovery. I think it's time for them to expand by adding advanced workflows (i.e. Shopify Workflows, Klayvio Flows, Omnisend Automations, etc...) and incorporating a full suite of SMS marketing functions. Overall, would definitely recommend it.

For any app to earn 5 stars especially paid ones, they need to provide prompt and efficient customer support and customer support doesn't exist for this app! The app has been sending SMS shipping notifications and I never activated or authorised that feature. In fact, there is no way to turn this feature off even though it is disabled in the app. Because of this reason my balance kept exhausting and even after sending 4 emails, I still haven't received any reply. Pathetic support! Uninstalled! Save your time and go for some other app which can provide some customer support! ***Thanks for your reply but email was sent to [email protected] isn't that the contact email? Also, I am not sure what ticket or dashboard are you talking about. I only sent emails and didn't get any reply. I have forwarded the email I sent to this address again.

Regarding our team being unresponsive, we just found out that you have been replying to the automated emails sent to you regarding balance updates and welcome emails. Please note that this mailbox is not monitored as this is not a support mailbox. If you use the support tab on our app dashboard, we get back to you within a few minutes. Unfortunately, since you did not use this feature, your email landed in the spam folder, hence our team did not get in touch with you. Regarding the shipping notifications, we can see that it is disabled on your app dashboard. Can you help us with some phone numbers and SMS details that were sent to your customers, please? Until you explicitly enable this feature from the 'notification tab' this feature remains disabled. We have verified the SMS logs and we do not see any order notification being sent from your account. That being said, we are an ethical business and we take customer feedback very seriously.
