NOETHER review for CW: WhatsApp Marketing & SMS

I have installed the app and they charged me in the trial period. Now i am waiting for the refund of wallet amount RS.5000 and app charge RS.3131. bUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM .
