SMS NOtifications app is a must for every online retailer, as it does both the jobs - transactional messaging (order, delivery refund related) as well as one can send promotional msgs too. Infact, we see good conversions from promo campaigns as against using other services. And the bonus is that one can send SMS for abandoned carts :) We loved this app

It is useful app, have to use if you want to do online biz.

Good app. Only use it for abandoned checkout recovery messages. It just needs some tools to measure things. Tool to measure clicks on the tiny urls (cart link) and to measure abandoned carts recovered as a result of customers clicking on the tinyurl. And or an export of all the phone numbers that were sent the message/tiny URL. Would engender a better cooperative relationship with customers if your pricing were more transparent and structured better. e.g. 80% of our customer phone numbers have iMessage enabled which of course means there is no wholesale telco carrier cost for those. A PERFECT abandoned checkout product (and one which ultimately MUST be what is used) would integrate abandoned checkout recovery emails with abandoned checkout recovery SMS in order to allow us to pick the correct amount of messages in a sequence whether SMS or email and to stop them if a cart is recovered via either method or otherwise.

Great app to have on Shopify to drive customers to your website.Also helps you a lot to update your customers about the order status, tracking details etc.that too all automated ! Go for it !

Order details and shipping confirmations are all working great for me till now. Yet to try the marketing tool though.

Service is Good but with us issue is that they should allow multiple mobile number in admin number panel so that 2 or 3 admin running a business get notified

Very easy to install and configure. The SMS service is pretty quick which makes our customers happy.

It does not allow your customers to opt out of receiving messages nor is there any reporting to view along with this app!

I have been using the app for several months. It works smoothly. And I can see that have already sent many sms for my customers. So it’s a helpful app that can aid the abandon cart emails of Shopify. Best of luck !
