this is the worst application. They never pay 200 usd and Customer service representatives did not answer me.

BE AWARE: I would not recommend this app. I suggest using Klaviyo SMS instead for more reliable performance. It worked well at first, and SMS delivery was fine. Because of that, I decided to make a large top-up to my balance. After the top-up, my funds appeared to be stuck and messages were no longer sending. I contacted support, and only after reaching out did the SMS start going out but most of them failed.

Pathetic customer service. The only work they do is extort money, and they have devised means and ways for extortion. you have to pay them even if you don't use their services. Frauds

Don't sign up. SCAM. No option to cancel your trial in platform. Emailed support, who made me email a second email address - and then they never responded. Did all this 6 days before my trial ended, and they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and have charged me the full amount. Expecting a refund

poor experience using the app, and poor customer support. expensive plans and greedy company. Most positive ratings are fake. Never got to use SMS functions nor got to use the Green Tick. Fraud company Fraud person Sunil Sethi.

One of the worst support team . Till the time you board on their platform , all help is there for asking . Thereafter no one bothers to solve your issues . Avoid

I had cancelled this App a month ago, and the owner still charged me 36 dollars. This is illegal! You do refund me this month that I sent you via e-mail immediately! WHY ARE YOU NOT REFUNDING MY CANCELLED ABO. THIS IS A SCAM from you! I want my money back for a service i do not use! I cant recomend your service to anyone!

This app is full of bugs — feels like there are 100 of them. I couldn’t complete a single action without running into errors at every step. It’s simply unusable. Customer support? Totally ineffective. It showed as “online” but no one ever responded to my messages. Very frustrating. Also, you can’t do anything meaningful without the Growth plan. I got it just to try the app properly and... guess what? Even with the paid plan, the app kept throwing errors non-stop. I asked for a refund — surprise, surprise: they don’t offer refunds at all. So not only do you not get a free trial, but you also lose your money on an app that literally doesn’t work. My honest recommendation: don’t waste your time or money on this app. It’s just not worth it.

SMS stopped working and I have been waiting for a refund for about a month now, and yet they have not refunded me. I have always had issues with this app.

★☆☆☆☆ Used to be great, now it's just costing me money. I used Convert Way for 1.5 years and honestly loved it. Everything just worked, and the support was good. But for the last two months, it's been awful. The app is full of bugs, and it's costing my business a lot of money. The worst part? A bug secretly switched my approved "Utility" COD confirmation flow to some random "Marketing" template. I've been overcharged on who-knows-how-many messages, and I only found out by accident. I told support about this critical issue a MONTH ago. Their final answer? "We can only see 3 months of data." That's no help at all and fixes nothing. I've completely lost trust in them. I can't use a tool that randomly costs me money and has a support team that won't take responsibility. PROVIDE REFUND otherwise I will look for a new provider as my yearly plan is near to expiry.

Dont trust this company and install this app. Once you have installed then they will start charging even you dint use their app. Their https://www.theconvertway.com/ chat person not replying to refund the wrongly charged subscription. Their sales persons not attending the calls. So be aware and dont install their app. This is pakka cheating company.

Looks like a company of fraudsters. Everyday you discover a new hidden charge. Dont recommend at all There are better apps in a fraction of cost available

Pure SCAM and waist of Time & money I pay +60$ better use Klavyio it's 1000 times better, this application not work at all, have try to contact support multiple times and they promise to fix those bugs, CAN NOT even sent TEST SMS to myself, Extremely suspicious results of Delivery for SMS.

Application not operational at all, I want a refund of $ 30, none of my clients have received order confirmation sms, or any other. I send emails to support and nobody answered me! I require a full refund of payment for SMS. Scam!

App Installed since 5 years. In October begiining, mr Akash from Unicommerce was doing some setting on Shipway from his end and then in the October billing, first time we were charged something. We request you to please refund the entire amount (₹3,189.78) charged.

It does not allow your customers to opt out of receiving messages nor is there any reporting to view along with this app!
