my company got a class action lawsuit from using this app. And now they dont respond to my emails.

Great app and support. And you should add statistics tool on the dashboard.

Pretty simple app to use. Abandoned cart recovery emails work well and spot on. Wish list: a) Enable manual entry of phone numbers to send marketing texts b) Improve usability of the marketing email section

Like the app - simple and quick to setup. Would have given it 5 stars if it had some analytics/tracking in it.

Useless. No tracking. No UTM tag. No way to know if the SMS is actually being sent. Can't even have an idea about the conversion rate of this app. Don't know how many clicks it brought etc.......

So far so good. Would get 5 star only if we could track how many abandoned carts we have recovered by the text message! :)

I use this app for only 2 weeks but i like it. I think it will help to increase my sales. It is easy to use and not expensive.

I use it since about one week and I already got one sale with that app! It’s cool to be able to contact users when they don’t leave an email address !
