This is a nice app made our work a whole lot easier and saved out time so much , abandoned cart is good as well as live chat feature. I'd definitely recommend this app to others!

We have integrated The Convert Way app to our Shopify store and the results are amazing. In the span of a month we got 300+ new customers and we are able to retrieve 10 customers from the abandonment cart in just 2-3 weeks. Their flows and campaigns are very effective and easy to understand and implement. It's very useful and totally worth it!
