Haven't gotten any products from them yet but I like what they have to offer and the integration. The design module could be a little more user friendly and that is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars

I uploaded my art onto the website but got an error message saying the file was too small to print. I have uploaded files the same size on two other websites without such an error message. This app required file sizes larger than I had on my computer, so I had to use the on-site mockup generator to add text to my t-shirt design. Too bad I couldn't vary the t-shirt color, like on every other website I sell on! Otherwise, the app is easy to use.

Made my first shirt and it was easy. Uploading an image and creating a product was fun. I would recommend this app.

I am giving 3 stars for the best sneakers collection. but customer service is so bad. I created 30 products but didn't launch yet because printy6 customer service doesn't reply to any questions. i don't know how you can trust this pod service. good products, very easy and nice to use app but worst customer service. i normally dont write any bad comments, i am writing this because maybe they read this and answer our questions. If they they don't get back to us even though they can earn money because we launch their products, how will they get back to us when there is a problem about an order? It's too unprofessional.

Very user friendly app. Some of the apps do not take your products to your collections on the Shopify store. This one not only uploads but you can choose a collection in the store where you want your products to go

Setup and integration with Shopify was super simple, and they have some of the best quality, low cost, and unique looking print-on-demand products ive ever found. The word "integration" is misspelled on their site which is a pet peeve so i wish theyd fix that but whatever. Product creation and syncing is quick and easy so i wont complain.

I would rate zero if I could. At first my product was printed quickly, but then it got stuck to shipping. I waited 21 days before reaching for them, knowing the context of COVID-19. I paid 27.99$ for my item and 11.99$ for my shipping. Then, I reached for them to ask them the status of my order, and what I got as an answer is an absolute joke/scam : "We cannot ship your order due to COVID-19 increased prices of shipping. You will need to pay an extra 18$ and then we'll be able to ship the order" Which is BS, for many reasons: - I paid my order already in total, and was never told that beforehand. I also already paid 11$ for EXPEDITED shipping in Canada, so I consider my shipping paid. - It means that, if I wasn't diligent, my order would have never been sent and NOBODY would have reached out to tell me that?!? Are we supposed to run after the companies we do business with? I don't think so. It is unacceptable. It was the company's responsibility to reach for me to tell me there was shipping increased cost. Not me having to discover that info, out of nowhere. Now my order is sitting and nobody over at printy6 ever reached for me. What an unprofessional company. They care about volumes, not clients. It smells like a big scam : 11$+ 18$ USD to ship a small box is ridiculous. I want a refund for this order as the shipping costs were never presented this way, and I refuse to pay the extra 18$.
