Using this app feels effortless. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I didn’t need a tutorial or guide to get started. I've been looking for some kind of app for awhile to handle my social media. I was super overwhelmed with trying to keep up. I asked AI on Shopify for suggestions and it told me about this app. I downloaded it to both my shopify stores and gained 8 followers on one and 6 on the other for social media. My views on the reels have gone up as well. There was a little hiccup, but the team was able to fix everything with in a few days. Thank you!!

Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.
