Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.

I found it challenging to use. Even after upgrading, I could not figure out how to create reels. The below print says a 7-day free trial, but the subscription says 3. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Will try something else.

Regarding the trial, we’ve been offering a 3-day free trial since April 1st. Since you installed the app after that date, your account is on the updated plan and you seeing 3-days free trial. Just downloaded and it's been saying 502 Bad Gateway all day
