We can help you with this. Please understand that Shopify manages the billing process for our apps. We noticed that you subscribed on July 25th and uninstalled on August 16th, which totals 23 days of app usage. This is why Shopify billed you for one month and It won't charge you again since you uninstalled the app before next billing starts. We’ve sent you an email with more details.
