I was excited to download this app for both of my stores. Initially, I encountered a conflict due to having multiple social media accounts, which took a little time to resolve. However, I greatly appreciated Sophia and her team's excellent communication and transparency. They even took the time to help troubleshoot on a weekend, which was much appreciated. We’ve found multiple ways to use the app effectively on johndyergallery.com - Surfacing older artworks that may remain overlooked – the app intelligently selects products from specific collections. - Promoting our latest collections. - Alerting followers to newly published blogs. - Resurfacing older blog posts that deserve more attention. We’ve set everything up to run twice daily, with custom time slots and written templates that incorporate variables such as {vendor}, {product title}, {price}, etc., making the process incredibly powerful and saving us a significant amount of work. Now, onto the clever AI features.. The AI capabilities within the app are awe-inspiring. The AI Campaigns can automatically generate posts, stories, or reels based on your chosen schedule – or you can let the AI decide for you! The AI beautifully summarises product information, even adding contextually relevant emojis – for example, cat paw prints appeared in a post featuring a painting of a cat, which was wonderfully clever. The overall result is highly effective when combined with hand-written 'Auto Posts' scheduled for the times and days you prefer. Great Automation Tool for Social Media! I've been using SS - Social Media AI Auto Post for a while now, and it has been a game changer for my Shopify store. Posting to social media daily is challenging, well, it was. Social Schedular makes it very easy to post to multiple platforms multiple times daily. I love how easy it makes promoting products and the flows are great for sharing blogs. I had a slight issue making my first AI campaign but Sophia at customer service was beyond polite and helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

Excellent app for Social Media Marketing. This app basically saves complete need for Social Media team. Easy and with loaded features it works seamlessly. The new updated version was launched within a week of my suggestions and with the features I'd requested.

This app was a game-changer for me. I am literally in the starting point of my store and I was spending maybe 10+ hours a week a on social media just creating basic posts for my products. When your 1 person doing everything this is a lot of your time. This app changed it all. I love how the flows can easily be set up. You can set multiple templates up in the background to give your content that fresh look and the only real maintenance is updating the templates once a month now to keep the content looking fresh for my customers! The support team were fantastic, I had a small teething issue during my trial period and within 24 hours it was resolved. During my dealings with the support team they listened to my issue, understood the issue and resolved it seamlessly. Even though at this point I was inside the free trial period I was made to feel like a valued customer by them. This is the reason I decided to buy into their paid program as I know any issues in the future they will assist me with quickly and effortlessly on my part. Oh I forgot to say I love that I can post across 5 different platforms with ease. Add my own social media posts for timed events like mothers day, fathers day, etc... and there is even an AI generator that posts daily deals to my social media channels! You will not find a better app for the price they are charging, trust me I hunted high and low for the solution they offer at the very low price point and the time I free up from making my social media posts every day I am able to use else where in the business making this app worth every penny! I really like this app. I tried a few others before but what sets this one apart is that it also post your blogs, yay! It creates auto reels and stories too. It would be great if it could also post the reels from the products page.

I downloaded it with a 7-day trial, and it was exactly what i needed. When I had some questions, I received prompt responses. The app is tremendously helpful for business owners who work a nine-to-five job and are pursuing to run a business of their own and do not have the time to constantly come up with content to post on their social media platforms. Sophia, a very nice support, always there for help. Not only that, she does listen to what are the features the store owner wants which some of the support from the other app doesn't. Social Schedular is now the top app in the line if you wanna do autopost. By the way, can we have only one photo on each autopost instead of having the whole set of product photos posted, that would be ideal!

I like the app, they are going through some growing pain and need to fix few issues, some more options. but over all they are very response and open to improvement. I have been open with providing them feedback to help them succeeded.
