This app makes it easy for potential customers to see others wearing or using the product and invites them to interact on instagram to be featured! The support staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this app if you want to take your store to the next level.

We recently started using this app and so far it is exactly what we were looking for! Very easy user interface and quick, helpful customer service makes this app easy to use. We love the instagram integration and being able to sort through our tagged photos!

The app is great, help us to have more lifestyle images and show our product in real life. :) The guys from the support are quick and since we start using the app, they keep improving it. I would fully recommend it.

This app is simple and easy to use! We are able to tag all the photos from our Instagram feed and have them pushed to our PDP's and homepage. When there is an issue they are quick and helpful to resolve! I would definitely recommend this app.

The app is very simple to setup and use. Great way to generate more interest in products and website. Max from support team has been more than helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional. Great app overall. Would highly recommend.

What the app description should say is that this feature is limited to showing only the last 30 #hashtags you select. As a designer brand, we #hashtag our own photos when we post, so our own images get mixed with customer images - the majority being our own. That being said, if only the last 30 show up, hundreds of customer images previously posted do not appear for us to tag with our products. So, unless those customers randomly decide to submit their photos directly, we lost out on being able to share those older images via this app. Pretty simple and easy to use. Would be nice if the email notification worked. We have not received any emails to notify us if someone submitted a photo via the site or if a new image appeared on our #hashtag.

Great app overall, and good support team. I definitely recommend it for shop owners who have product with strong visual appeal (like home decor).

We switched to this amazing app after using a competitor's that was running us about 6x the cost of SocialPhotos. Not only does SocialPhotos perform equally as well, but the backend is laid out really well and the customer service we've experienced while integrating this is just above and beyond. We love you guys, thanks!

Update: we kept the app and I'm glad we did. They've made improvements to some features and their customer service is amazing. Respond really quickly and are very helpful. I think the only reason it's not a 5 star is just how it can be a little clunky in the backend when tagging multiple products and going back and forth between an individual post and the main page of posts, but other than that I recommend it.

Just got my 30 day free trial - App has been super glitchy, not allowing customers to submit via website, does not allow for pics where we are tagged to be pulled into the hashtag. Reached out 4+ times and have not heard back. Will be deleting if things do not get better before my trial is over, and finding a better app for my needs.

We get a lot of UGC so this app is great for us! Worth a try if you have a lot of social content. Would be great if the app automatically tagged events in our GA so we can see the increase in conversion rates for those who click Socialphotos images. Super pumped. These guys tagged in and helped us achieve the look we wanted for our socialphotos page on BohoBlu.com. Thanks so much! ------------------------------------------------------------------- Feeling super let down by the support team that everyone says is so good. I installed this app on 5/15/2016. Unfortunately, I think the app is super cool but here's the disappointing part: 5/17 - emailed a question to support 5/20 - forwarded my question from 5/17 5/23 - finally received an "answer" that made me feel like they didn't even read my question or look at the attachment I sent. So, hopefully I will get some help soon. If I do, I will update my review.
