Socialphotos team are beyond amazing. They are an absolute pleasure to work with, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with Socialphotos. Many companies can learn a thing or two about great customer service from these guys. Socialphotos is absolutely fantastic. We tried other apps and none seamlessly integrated with Shopify like Socialphotos, which is critical for a great user experience. Socialphotos is like magic and we could not be happier. In fact, we could not launch our store without it. I recommend this app and the people behind it as highly as any customer could ever recommend anyone.

This has been a great tool to help our customers feel like they are a part of our community rather than just customers. They can tag their photos and see them featured on our website. The app developers have been very responsive to any questions we've had too. The app keeps getting better and better.

We've been using Socialphotos for a while now and we couldn't be more pleased. Their support team has done everything they can to help us and we love the new features. With the call to action buttons on our front page we have seen an increase in sales.

For slow understanding person like myself, it was very helpful to have the staff online all the time. They helped me so much and now i can enjoy the benefits of this great app. It's exactly what i was looking for. Great app, very easy to customize and the team is always super responsive when I have any issues, questions or suggestions! I've suggested some ways to make the app better and they have been taking them into account which really means a lot to me!

This app has always been great, but the recent changes and updates are absolutely fantastic! One day out of nowhere I had the ability to tag products in customer submitted photos and it automatically makes a nifty "Buy It" icon when you hover over the photo. I love this feature! Any time I've had a question the customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful and you don't find that kind of support with a lot of other applications out there. Great job, guys!!

Researched many sites, and tested out several different apps. This is definitely the best I believe! There are many companies provide this kind of app out there, but charge a lot. However, finally I am glad to find Socialphotos provides the same function, but at an affordable cost, especially for small businesses! Got the Advanced plan for my site. The app is easy to install and manage, and occasionally for some reason, I still reached out to Max for tech support. My questions were always solved quickly.

Update: Worked with Max @Socialphotosapp to resolve the issue. bumping the rating to 5/5 now. ------- Great app to bring your Instagram photos to you store. However, there seems to be a significant delay in some of the Instagram photos showing up on our site. I wish it refreshed the feed faster.

A very cool and easy to use feed to display our Instagram. Also, a really responsive tech team to help with questions. I heard back within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

I love using this app. It took me an hour to get the hang of it, but once I did it very easy to use. I have had a couple images that were hashtagged but don't appear in my feed. I also wasn't able to easily access posts that were older, which during my initial set-up is something I wanted to do to be able to pull all the best images posted in the last year. It would be nice to have a date feature available so you can pull up an image posted 32 weeks ago.

This is a great APP. our website www.sharktank.com.tw uses this app and engage with our audiences often, and they love it! Hopefully they have more features to come up in the near future.

Works great once you get it set up. If you are having any trouble setting it up, their support staff is quick and helpful. We're loving it for our ecommerce site.

I was thrilled to find Socialphotos. I had previously looked at more expensive options like Olapic but given that we're just starting out couldn't afford to make the investment. Socialphotos has all the features I was looking for at a great price. The Socialphotos team especially Roland was great to work with and they walked me through set-up. I highly recommend Socialphotos for anyone looking to capitalize on the power of visuals and social media marketing.
