Personally, I have a terrible experience with this app. When sales are high, their shipping is very slow. Customer service is also unresponsive, and order processing times are far too long, sometimes exceeding 10 days. I also have to spend time reminding them about my order status. This is a huge waste of my energy and time; I don't have the energy to generate more orders for my store. All my time is wasted communicating with them.

The speed is outrageously slow. It's been 30 days! Most orders still haven't been shipped, and they haven't given any reason or solution. Customer service responses are always vague.

I have been working with my agent Stella for some time now, and she has been amazing. She is always ready to assist with orders and ships them quickly. Our overall experience with Sourcinbox has been great, and it is a very efficient platform.
