Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

They never shipped the order. I kept waiting for it to be shipped, but it kept showing "pending processing." Then I spent a long time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. That's when I realized they were unreliable, a terrible company, and complete scammers.

Personally, I have a terrible experience with this app. When sales are high, their shipping is very slow. Customer service is also unresponsive, and order processing times are far too long, sometimes exceeding 10 days. I also have to spend time reminding them about my order status. This is a huge waste of my energy and time; I don't have the energy to generate more orders for my store. All my time is wasted communicating with them.

The average delivery time is 35 days. Sometimes, even though the item shows as in stock on the website, it's always out of stock, even after you ask them to update the inventory. Sometimes, orders don't ship until 10 days after ordering. Because the shipping time is so long, my customers requested refunds, but they refused. Their customer service is equally terrible—slow to respond and completely unhelpful. Even when they do eventually reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions.

You’re a truly terrible app that doesn’t work at all with Shopify. After multiple attempts, there’s been no follow-up and no solution. I absolutely do not recommend you.

Didn't work well for me, i saw a lot of good reviews, i guess they are fast when you sell a lot,support respond sometime after 2 days, the processing time is too looong, sometime 9 days, and i still have to raise a ticket to alert them about my orders. I am really disappointed, the reviews doesn't reflect the reality.
