The average delivery time is 35 days. Sometimes, even though the item shows as in stock on the website, it's always out of stock, even after you ask them to update the inventory. Sometimes, orders don't ship until 10 days after ordering. Because the shipping time is so long, my customers requested refunds, but they refused. Their customer service is equally terrible—slow to respond and completely unhelpful. Even when they do eventually reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions.
