My Store review for SourcinBox‑Dropshipping Agent

My experience was terrible. I saw many positive reviews, and I don't know the circumstances under which they received those, but in my experience, their customer service took two to three days to respond, and the processing time was far too long, sometimes even two weeks. Plus, I had to remind them about my order status myself. I'm really disappointed; the reviews don't match the actual situation at all.
