My Store review for SourcinBox‑Dropshipping Agent

I used this app after seeing many recommendations, but the actual experience was terrible. There were numerous problems. First, the app is incompatible with Shopify, frequently causing various issues. After placing an order, it kept showing "awaiting shipment processing," and no one ever processed it. I contacted their customer service, but received no follow-up or solution. I'm really disappointed; it completely contradicts previous reviews. I do not recommend it!
