Recently started. My agent has helped me setup and teach me how Sourcinbox works with efficiency. Reacts to all my messages, questions and demands without hesitation.

Amazing experience using the app. The support agent was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient, and really went above and beyond to assist me. All my questions were answered clearly, and the communication was smooth and friendly throughout the process. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication highly recommended!

Love it!! Just using the app and see the difference between Sourcing Box and other platforms is the 1:1 support, direct chat with a support manager, and quick responses. Stella did a great job; she always answered questions and supported sellers effectively. Highly recommend!

I recommend Sourcing Box. I’ve been working with them for a while now and I’m very satisfied with their service. Especially my customer manager, Stella excellent service, always available Super nice and always very helpful.

I have been working with SourcinBox for several months now, and the overall experience has been outstanding. The platform is reliable and easy to use, and they offer everything that I need to run a successful e-commerce business. From product sourcing, warehousing to customization and also FBA support too. I would like to sincerely thank my manager, Yviette. She's always available to help, answers my questions quickly, and genuinely cares about my business. She has gone above and beyond, even helping me on her days off, and she has done an amazing job negotiating the best possible product pricing and shipping costs for me. With her support, I'm confident that running and growing my business will be much easier and more organized.

I've really enjoyed working with Sourcinbox, mainly because the service is very fast. My manager, Yviette, has been a great help with her speed and helpfulness! She has always assisted me with great attention and efficiency!!

We’ve been working with SourcinBox for over 6 months and have processed 3,000+ orders together. The team is super professional, easy to work with, and always on point. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid fulfillment partner for your dropshipping business.

Sourcinbox is one of the best to work with for dropshipping, 5 stars!

I’m really impressed with SourcinBox! The platform is easy to use, very reliable, and makes managing my dropshipping business so much easier. What makes it even better is the excellent support I receive — especially from my manager, who is always professional, kind, and quick to respond. Great support, great prices, ton of products. Can't go wrong!

I can recommend the working with SourcinBox. The Agent is really helpful with all my problems, the app itself is working without any issues.

I recommend this ap, the 1 to 1 support is very clear and straight forward. My sourcing agent is vey helpful and pro-active. Yviette (tzqr) Is very helpful when finding the right product sourcing, honest and direct. This means any transaction is efficient and effective.

I want to leave this review and say that Yviette has been nothing but amazing and very responsive. I am extremely lucky to have her as an agent that helps with sourcing my products. She is very understanding and anytime I am stuck on a problem, she is able to give me a guided solution. Highly recommend!

I would never switch! My Sourcin agent does a really good job. We've been working together for almost a year now and Twinkle has been a real help from day one. He always replies very quickly and is really helpful, he not only takes care of the fulfillment, he negotiates the prices for the products and the shipping options continuously and proactively. He makes helpful product suggestions that fit my collection and have good sales figures. It couldn't be better. I am more than satisfied with his performance and communication. Of course, SourcinBox is a bit more expensive than you could source the products elsewhere - but the service is worth every cent and runs smoothly. After I have triggered the fulfillment order, everything happens on autopilot and with very good shipping times. I would never switch.

I have been working with Sib and the Manager Robbie for years now. I can recommend their service, specially when it comes to higher scale Months.

I've had a great experience with SourcinBox and have made several orders with them over the past year. Their costs are great and they've always have been able to source the products I'm looking for. I'm currently working with Stella and she is responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I plan to continue working with SourcinBox for future orders.

Sourcinbox is a great platform for e-commerce users to look for what they will sell in shopify. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to import and manage products from multiple suppliers and seamlessly integrate with your existing online store. Rosaline from their team is also helpful and always answer our requests really fast. Definitely recommend this!!

Ashley has been amazing, very communicative and has helped with shipping times and very very low prices. Would 100% recommend this app to anyone looking to improve logistics.

Just started out with my agent Yviette. She is great and she is fast and understands what I need. wonderful experience

The fact that I discovered Sourcinbox is probably the best thing that could have happened to me. You will get a personal manager that will help you with everything and, of course, source for you everything. The advantage of having your own manager is that she knows your store and system exactly and knows what to do and what quality to source for you. Prices of products are really low, some products are even half cheaper than they are on Aliexpress. Another big advantage is that you can choose from about 20 delivery options with different prices. To Europe, I recommend choosing CNE Express (ECO) where the delivery time is within 10 days to most EU countries and price is really low. To USA, you can choose USPS, where shipments are delivered in just 5 days which I have not seen anywhere in the competition. Of course, Sourcinbox also have one really small disadvantage. The processing time is sometimes longer than 5 days, but this happens very rarely (It happened to me very often on cjdropshipping). Before Sourcinbox I used Cj Dropshipping with which I was very dissatisfied with. After I discovered Sourcinbox, my business and sales grew a lot and I really want to thank my manager Yviette for everything. I recommend her to everyone, she is very nice and will always do her best - her manager code is "tzqr". Thank you once again Sourcinbox!
