Wonderful experience! My customer manager is Summer, and she has assisted me like no other. I have contacted a myriad of dropshipping apps to be able to achieve something new for my store, and with them, I was able to achieve it at an even better deal. Didn't work well for me, i saw a lot of good reviews, i guess they are fast when you sell a lot,support respond sometime after 2 days, the processing time is too looong, sometime 9 days, and i still have to raise a ticket to alert them about my orders. I am really disappointed, the reviews doesn't reflect the reality.

SourcinBox is the best fulfillment and sourcing service ever! I worked with Aliexpress, CJ and other services but nothing can beat SourcinBox in terms of pricing, fast shipping and customer support! My agent Menthe is the best for real! She addresses all issues extremely quickly, goes beyond by working even in her days off, she is communicative and kind! I can't recommend her enough! If you want to do real dropshipping business this is the app for you and if you want an amazing account manager ask for Menthe!
