I would never switch! My Sourcin agent does a really good job. We've been working together for almost a year now and Twinkle has been a real help from day one. He always replies very quickly and is really helpful, he not only takes care of the fulfillment, he negotiates the prices for the products and the shipping options continuously and proactively. He makes helpful product suggestions that fit my collection and have good sales figures. It couldn't be better. I am more than satisfied with his performance and communication. Of course, SourcinBox is a bit more expensive than you could source the products elsewhere - but the service is worth every cent and runs smoothly. After I have triggered the fulfillment order, everything happens on autopilot and with very good shipping times. I would never switch.

I wanted to leave this review to say that Sourcein Box is a very useful addition for anyone trying to source products. They offer solutions that most sourcing apps don't and also offer the possibility of customization for your brand. In addition, I would like to add that my Account Manager Ashley is very professional and always finds a solution for any problem I bring, the response time is very good as you have the possibility of having the manager's WhatsApp number which is great for convenience. Der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation sind sehr gut und einfach per Whatsapp, bei einem Produkt mit verschiedenen Varianten mussten wir jedoch etwa 3fach nachhaken, bis alle Varianten korrekt verknüpft waren. Ansonsten sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Umgang und die Wartezeiten für Antworten entsprechen dem Arbeitswochenstandart. Bis jetzt konnte alles gesourced werden, was wir angefragt hatten. Sourcinbox is a great platform for e-commerce users to look for what they will sell in shopify. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to import and manage products from multiple suppliers and seamlessly integrate with your existing online store. The fact that I discovered Sourcinbox is probably the best thing that could have happened to me. You will get a personal manager that will help you with everything and, of course, source for you everything. The advantage of having your own manager is that she knows your store and system exactly and knows what to do and what quality to source for you. Prices of products are really low, some products are even half cheaper than they are on Aliexpress. Another big advantage is that you can choose from about 20 delivery options with different prices. To Europe, I recommend choosing CNE Express (ECO) where the delivery time is within 10 days to most EU countries and price is really low. To USA, you can choose USPS, where shipments are delivered in just 5 days which I have not seen anywhere in the competition. Of course, Sourcinbox also have one really small disadvantage. The processing time is sometimes longer than 5 days, but this happens very rarely (It happened to me very often on cjdropshipping). Before Sourcinbox I used Cj Dropshipping with which I was very dissatisfied with. After I discovered Sourcinbox, my business and sales grew a lot and I really want to thank my manager Yviette for everything. I recommend her to everyone, she is very nice and will always do her best - her manager code is "tzqr". Thank you once again Sourcinbox!

I have contacted a myriad of dropshipping apps to be able to achieve something new for my store, and with them, I was able to achieve it at an even better deal. Didn't work well for me, i saw a lot of good reviews, i guess they are fast when you sell a lot,support respond sometime after 2 days, the processing time is too looong, sometime 9 days, and i still have to raise a ticket to alert them about my orders. I am really disappointed, the reviews doesn't reflect the reality.

SourcinBox is the best fulfillment and sourcing service ever! I worked with Aliexpress, CJ and other services but nothing can beat SourcinBox in terms of pricing, fast shipping and customer support! My agent Menthe is the best for real! She addresses all issues extremely quickly, goes beyond by working even in her days off, she is communicative and kind! I can't recommend her enough!
