Hand down the best customer support I've seen in a long time. Very knowledgeable staff. Quick to respond help with any issue big or small. Great and fast system. Connection between their system and Shopify is very smooth and straight forward. Can't say enough. Thank you guys!

We gebruiken SparkShipping nu al een tijdje voor het automatiseren van onze dropshippingprocessen, en het heeft onze workflow enorm verbeterd. De koppelingen met onze leveranciers werken feilloos, bestellingen worden automatisch doorgestuurd en voorraden worden real-time bijgewerkt. Wat vooral opvalt is de betrouwbaarheid van het platform en de responsieve klantenservice — altijd snel en behulpzaam wanneer we vragen hebben. Een echte aanrader voor elke e-commerce ondernemer die tijd wil besparen en fouten wil voorkomen!

Id love to give this app and team a high rating, But its constant complications, laggy uploading process is a major issue. It takes far to long to upload products 10 or even a 100 at a time and if you go up to 500 it takes a large amount of time to load or errors out. Then the filters are a distant second issue, When choosing to exclude non imaged or out universal fitment items and they still load that's a problem that will cause errors on the main site they are uploading too

I have been utilizing Spark Shipping for almost a year now. I cannot recommend this team and app highly enough. Although there are still several enhancements I would like to see that would help my store specifically, their customer service, support and development team has been incredibly responsive and delivers incredible quality work. There were 2 vendors that they did not have integrations for that I really needed. Their development team invested a lot of time with me to get these up and running for my store. My store is a small business run by just my wife and I and we both have other full time jobs as well. The operational time this app has reduced for us is massive. Product updates, inventory updates, pricing updates, automated order placement and automated tracking/fulfillment updates has saved us a ton of time. Its now almost like we have several operational support staff completing all of this non-value activity for us. Thank you Spark Shipping for all you have done for my store and for your partnership and dedication in ensuring I had what I needed.

Spark advertised the app could integrate with our supplier and included a predefined integration option which was meant to be straightforward. After 9 weeks of going back and forward with Spark it became evident that they provided completely missleading information about integrating with our supplier and made excuse after excuse as to why it couldnt work. They placed blame on our supplier, when in fact it was their software that was never configured to work - they were even using older API v5 calls, instead of v6 - they eventualy upgraded their connectivity to v6 to then find other aspects of their software integration was not compataible. I eventually decided to outsource the API integration to a company in Europe and they had everything up and running in 2 weeks built from the ground up, and the cost was equivelent to 6 months of their $249 per month fee!!!! Support couldnt care less if you were uip and running or not, they only started to slightly help more once I asked for a refund.
