I have been so impressed with the responsiveness and support from the Sparklayer team. We have been a Sparklayer customer for over a year now. Dom is our Customer Success Manager and periodically checks in with us to make sure we are happy with our app experience. Recently we wanted to make several enhancements to our B2B site. Dom promptly setup a Zoom meeting so he could understand the request in detail and included Ben, a Support Engineer, who helped us understand our options and offered to execute these changes on our behalf.
