Charged despite being on the free Basic plan, then ignored by support! I confirmed the Basic plan ($0/month) with SparkLayer’s team, but still I was still charged full amount for the Growth plan. I’ve been trying to get this resolved since Oct 16. I’ve sent multiple messages, with NO REPLY and NO REFUND! The B2B features may work, but an app that charges you incorrectly and then won’t answer you is a serious risk for any store. Check your billing carefully if you install it.

We have had an excellent experience with SparkLayer so far! Their team is incredibly responsive and got our account set up seamlessly. Our wholesale ordering process will be exponentially easier moving forward thanks to the SparkLayer installation. Thank you to Angie and the entire support team!

This is still new to me. I'm not done with the free trial. However, so far it has been a good experience. Easy set up. SparkLayer did most of it automatically. I downloaded "Catalogues" so that I could label which products would be available for wholesale purchase. Some of the details were tedious, but that is expected. Help was good. The onboarding call was helpful and clearly explained. The AI help was helpful as well. I like to figure out the navigation of new programs, but this was a little different. Very easy once I asked for help though! I got my first order within a day of sharing the link with a potential customer! They were pleased with the portal as well.
