I would like to express my satisfaction and gratitude toward the SparkLayer support team. The support provided to us during the integration of your B2B solution on our website was excellent. We particularly appreciated the team's provision of detailed and precise guidance, covering every setting and technical aspect of the integration process. The quick response time was notable, allowing us to proceed efficiently without delays. Furthermore, we were very pleased with the availability demonstrated, even on non-working days such as Sunday. We were constantly guided, and the integration of your B2B solution, which we consider highly professional, proceeded smoothly thanks to your assistance. Thank you again for your great service. We will recommend SparkLayer not only for its excellent product but also for the customer support provided.

Simply the best B2B app you can find!! A multitude of features, a polished design, an ultra-comprehensive and easy-to-use dashboard app. And to top it all off, a top-notch team: available, responsive, and efficient!!!

Sparklayer is an amazing app if you want to dive into wholesale without the hefty Shopify price tag. It is pretty straightforward to configure but when you run into problems, the team is very responsive and able to help. They also reached out when they noticed I hadn't been using it for a while so customer success is a really important part of how they work. I especially love Sparkie who, unlike other apps AI tools, actually seems to know what she's talking about. No false advice on app capabilities or sending you down the wrong road here. I've been really impressed with Sparklayer and would absolutely recommend.

Great app for managing a B2B shop. The system is simple and there are numerous settings. What's more, customer support is very responsive and efficient. If you're looking for a way to manage a B2B shop, I can't recommend this app highly enough.

On boarding was easy, and once we got the hang of it, it was a breeze. The customer service is absolutely SPECTACULAR! They answered every single question we have had and helped us with anything that was out of our depth. Highly recommend!
