Stir The Pot by IDEAL Provisions review for SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

I've been a paying SparkLayer customer and rely on this app to onboard and process wholesale accounts. Yesterday, their system stopped allowing me to complete a new customer account setup, which is blocking a sizable order from a real customer ready to buy. SparkLayer acknowledged the issue, said they deployed a fix, and told me everything tested fine. It does not work. I have been attempting to reach their support team for over 4 hours and have received zero response. This is unacceptable for a paid B2B tool where downtime directly costs revenue. I will update this review if the situation is resolved promptly, but I cannot recommend this app to any merchant who depends on it for wholesale operations. UPDATE: Upgrading to 3 stars. After the initial review was posted, SparkLayer customer service and tech support finally jumped on the situation. They apologized, acknowledged and took responsibility for the issues, and finally resolved the problem by Saturday afternoon. The customer who had tried to complete their application last week wasn't able to get back to me for another two days, but they have since returned, and their account is now approved. I am still frustrated for the hours wasted and for the 5-day delay before we are able to bring in revenue from this new customer, but I am glad things are finally resolved. To the SparkLayer team, it should never take having to air dirty laundry in public to get the kind of support necessary to solve a tech issue. I'm sorry it became necessary to do so.
