Wrap Wholesale review for SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

After one of our existing wholesale platforms planned to shut down we decided to look into using Shopify as a new platform for our customers. Having looked at the various b2b options we were recommended and chose to go with Spark Layer. Their team helped us integrate the app with a new Shopify account that we set up and walked us through all the stages of getting it to a full working version. Admittedly it took us a little while to get my head around how to use it properly but I think that was coupled with us being new to Shopify as a platform as well. All the functionality of what we needed is in the app, which we are using across 2 websites, and the pricing is extremely competitive in comparison to existing wholesale platforms. There have been a few minor bugs but the team have been very quick in response to fixing those problems, along with helping in general to getting our shop setup. Extremely good customer care!
