Unbelievable. $435 a month! We don't even pay Shopify so much amount. When you ask them they try to fool you around with explanations as if we are fools!

This app and customer service are simply amazing! Ayon and Rajat went above and beyond to help me tailor their app to our website and it came out beautifully! They took care of all the settings I requested and the app seems to work flawlessly. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service and wonderful app!!!

Tried to charge me $600 USD a month for some filters. Anyone with a larger inventory is going to save metric tons of money just paying their own developer. Seems exploitative of those that don't have the best handle on tech.
Thank you for your review. We didn't try to charge you $600, but we were telling you upfront about our pricing for your catalog size. Do note that our pricing is aligned to the number of products in your store. I can see in your store you have about 160,000+ products. This is a huge catalog and even Shopify is limited in providing filters with such a catalog size. For eg. you can see that your collection page, https://www.fantasyforged.ca/collections/all has no native Shopify filters. Our app would have easily provided filters for such a huge catalog and made it easy for your shoppers to quickly search for their desired item

I can't contain my excitement about the amazing service I received! Previously, I was using a different search and filter app, but I had to switch because it didn't fully support my new theme. Ayon, Rajat, and Chris went above and beyond to help me transition to the new app seamlessly. They took care of all the settings I requested for my yet unreleased theme. I can't thank them enough for their first-class service! Big thanks to the team for your fantastic support!

Well what can I say, this app works wonderfully on our site and the support team behind it are excellent. Their response is quick and they can't do enough for you. We wanted something doing that the app didn't do and they accommodated us in a very timely manner. I can't recommend Sparq enough. 5 stars from us, thank you to the whole team.

Always happy to help us, we use this to add in stock filters based on inventory so that we can offer items that are out of stock as well. Great customer service!

The support is incredible, we've worked through the kinks involved with switching search + filter and are still getting it exactly how we want, I have no doubt we will because of the rapid and helpful chat and dev team they have.

Super customer service, super app! They met all my requests and tailored the filters according to my needs. The filters are amazing both on mobile and desktop and I'm 100% satisfied! Really a great product and supreme service.

We've had a lot of issues trying to get the filters to look like we'd like them to look - mainly because of how we've setup up the tags within Shopify. The live chat team have been very helpful and responsive. They've managed to fix all the issues we were having within a few minutes of contacting them.

App is good once you get the hang of how things work. For any issues, can always use the chat to contact the filter team and they will show you through a share screen function and call.

The customer service was always available when I needed help, which I did a lot. They even helped me customize my webpage filter search at a cost lower than other app developers. They helped me resolve a billing issue and have always been helpful.

This app has been fantastic for us. We run a store with a lot of products in specific categories, i.e. - this fits this vehicle, this does not. This app helps us use our tags to filter all the items correctly which is perfect and just what we needed. It also allows our customers to drill down to what they need quickly and easily which results in a higher conversion rate. The customer support has been AMAZING. They helped us with a couple installation blips we had very quickly. Well worth the cost, which isn't too expensive to begin with. 100% recommend this app over any other filtering app here!
