We have been using this app to enable search and filter on our Shopify webstore for some time now and this review is much overdue. Overall, this app does everything it says about filter & search. And it does it really very well. Top that with a support team who is responsive and eager to understand your requirements and help custom make solutions for you. I have dealt with Gaurav and Chris and both were amazing! The search is so much faster and broader than the regular Shopify search and users can view what they are searching as they type in real-time. Their filter feature takes them to the next level of everything. Especially the new version of the app where you can create and edit your own filter options. Transforms a simple Shopify webstore to a well equipped professional looking website.

This app has been the easiest to set up out of all the product filtering programs I have used. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, but the best part of this app is the ongoing help from the staff. Chris and his team reply extremely quickly and are able to help me with all the design and technical elements that I have asked for help with in a very timely manner. Very impressed with the high level customer service that Sparq provides!

So far so good! We carry a lot of different brands of products with different options for the variants, so we needed an app that could filter based on tags. This one works perfectly, and we've had very positive feedback from our team and our customers. The backend setup interface is not immediately intuitive, but I was able to schedule a time to walk through the options with their team and clarify the options. Support has been great from the Sparq team- they are not in my time zone, but if I leave a message during the day they get back to me quickly. They've been super helpful in making small adjustments for me, and overall I'm very happy. Thank you!!

We use this app in our store and gives us great functionalities to customize our filters, which is key for us. However the thing we liked the most is the customer support which is fast and efficient.

DCKBOARDSHORTS.COM Honest opinion: Our true rating is 4, but we didn't want to downgrade their rating, because they are great and deserve to be highly ranked. The app itself works well and is a must-have on any Store. They are able to set it up according to your Theme and to your liking, which is great! If your store is fairly basic and you don't have any special needs, 100% perfect. Customer support is also great (on the first few back-and-forths) as they reply quickly and the live chat option on the app's dashboard is a top feature. You can also set-up a video-chat if needed. ...BUT... It is NOT easy to set up at all all if your store has special requests and needs. Our store has been taking almost 4 weeks to set up and we're still not at 100%. Sometimes delay was due to difficult requests on our end, but sometimes we were unanswered for 3/4 days. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this app, specially if your requests are not too sharp. If they are, we also truly recommend it, but be prepared for a bit of a headache, lots of time invested and some miscommunications. Good luck!

This app is brilliant - allows us to creae every kind of filter we need to, everywhere we need it across our site. This gives us the navigation and flexibility that Shopify on its own can't do. It has been fast to implement and the support from the developers has been brilliant. We can't believe it took us so long to find this app !

So far I am very happy with the app. I got it on a trial and wasn't sure if it was the write one. I was able to speak to a live person the same day I downloaded the app which was so nice. They explained it all so quickly and easily. I was a bit reluctant to allow support to help structure my site, but I allowed and I'm very happy I did, because I like what I see now. Sparq is perfect for my business because I have a large inventory and it is very specific to searches. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with a large inventory with search needs. Anik

This app does exactly what I hoped. Advanced filtering options, most importantly by size, customers expect these features standard now and Shopify doesn't offer. Service is great, high responsive app developers set up our filters to match our theme, and made adjustments as I requested. Must have app!

The app provides a good and smart search bar with results you can adjust by yourself. We are also a fan of the filters that you can set up on your collection pages. These are really helpful for our customers. The team has also been of a great help to adjust the filters and the look and feel of those to match our website. We are very happy with the result.

Very helpful and responsive team. I was very specific about how I wanted the filter to look and function and they made it exactly as requested. I do think this app is quite expensive (especially when you have a large number of items), but it is definitely worth it!
