I upgraded from Buy X Get Y on one of our two sites. I had some questions on set up which were dealt with really quickly and simple. I was able to apply the same changes to our second site once we upgraded to Ultimate Special Offers there too. Nice clear app - offer flexibility is great - even offers running over certain times only! Lots of get options and importantly it all seems to work. Everything works as I wanted it, support is very good. Even did some changes for me when I asked (for volume discount grid to not appear on free products but to appear if there is a variant that is not free). Many thanks!

USO is the only discounting app we use, and it allows us to run more complex discounts than we can natively in Shopify. We recently upgraded our theme, and we've needed help with a couple of things. The USO team has been immediately available on live chat within the app both times, and they've quickly made the edits to our theme needed to make things work. I really appreciate their partnership!

So far, the app is great and is really helping our business with special offers. We ran into a little problem with the Free Gift offer, but SuppleApps Support team responded quickly and helped us fixed the issue. Great app and customer service!

Excellent app offering a number of different sales techniques, that instantly boosted my sales conversions. There were some issues in the beginning, as this is a powerful app, just hang on in there whilst the support team fix any problems. I found the support excellent in providing a fast reply (I consider fast under 48hrs) and performing tweaks to make the app fit my theme. Highly recommended.

Outstanding app and outstanding support. Extremely flexible. It is lacking a couple minor features. I wish it had the ability to add an exclusion collection (all items in collection X are on sale, excluding those also in collection Y), and I wish it had a way to do free shipping as the offer. But both of these requests are things I can work around, so not big enough to take off a star for. For the most part, though it lets you set up most discount offers you can think of.

THTC Clothing has been a client of Supple's Shopify apps for coming up to 3 years. Seeing the evolution of 'Buy X' to Ultimate special offers is amazing. User problems seem to get put into a methodical development timeline and addressed in a very timely manner. Really impressed by all the new features now available - and the fact you can run special offers AND exempt discount codes, without having to mess around with the theme, is just amazing. Customer service is exemplary - Marius is great and to-the-point. The Supple Apps team is - in our opinion - one of the best app development teams, that can be afforded by small and medium-sized businesses. Can't recommend this app enough to anyone looking for a swiss army knife discount app. Worth every penny.

We used this application to run a 1-day BOGO sale very shortly after launching our site without much time to test it thoroughly. First of all, the app works fantastically and as expected. Installation is very simple which is surprisingly hard to find among the apps in the store that offer the BOGO feature. Secondly, the support team is great and super responsive. We wanted to have the ability to limit how many offers could be redeemed per order. They told us that they would be willing to build a custom feature for us for a reasonable price. We ran out of time before our sale to have them complete it, but it's nice to know that these are real people that value their customers enough to consider things like this. Above all else, we had an emergency bug the day of our 24-hr BOGO sale. For the record, the bug had nothing to do with this app. We had tried out some other BOGO apps before finding Ultimate Special Offers. One of the other apps added code that was causing a conflict and some users weren't seeing the discount applied on the checkout page. I contacted Supple Apps support and they found the problem within 15 minutes. This app has way more to it than just BOGO. Major props to the SuppleApps team for being on top of their game.

Wow, Had a few teething problems initially but contact Marius at support and was fixed with 30 minutes super excited by this APP and highly recommended !!!
