I have been using USO for a few years now and find it to be such a great app, so may offer options. It is a very effective app which is easy to use and the support you get is great. The USO team were just brilliant when we had an issue, as we had made changes to our theme. Thank you so much for your help

I sell beautiful headwear for chemo patients, and when just starting chemo, you need a variety of things. USO special offers, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, is perfect for my customers. They can mix & match basic chemo headwear when starting chemo or for a refresh when we go to the next season. Approximately half of my customers use the Buy 3 BOGO offer. It's easy to set up or revise if your product line changes. I've always gotten great customer service from USO. I highly recommend this app!

We just downloaded this app for Black Friday and it is a total life saver for Black Friday. Jack was helpful in setting up exactly what we needed. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking for better discount setups than what Shopify has to offer.

We’ve been using this offers app for a while now. While it’s decent and generally works, it does miss a few features we’d like, and the app logic is sometimes slightly different from what we need for our specific use case. That said, the customer service has been absolutely top-notch. Jack, in particular, has been a real lifesaver. Anytime we’ve run into an issue, he’s been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help us out. His support has really made a huge difference. If you’re in need of top-tier customer service to assist with your offers, this app is worth a shot.

This app does exactly what I need it to do and give a helpful banner on the pages where the discounts apply. Customer service is extremely helpful as well!

Jack and the team have consistently been helpful and accommodating. While we've encountered a few issues in the past, they were addressed promptly and professionally. The app functions well, but it could benefit from some UI enhancements. Keep it up!

Alex did a great job helping me fix an issue where the discount wasnt being automatically applied if a customer loaded the cart a certain way. Everything works perfectly now!
