I launched my site only a week ago but suddenly found an issue with the app. I submitted an urgent request for support and Rob assisted within a couple of hours and fixed the issue (which was to do with the Shopify theme not being set up properly). Very happy for such responsive service, given they are in Canada and I am in the UK. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Special Offers.

I haven't been able to use the app yet because I had a few issues with theme-coding since I was using another similar app, however, the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I wrote them and a very kind guy named Jack helped me all the way through and helped me identify the issue. Absolutely recommend.

not bad. the app does what it advertises. so far, it's been easy to set up, operates accordingly, versatile in the discounts you can create. The app is designed well, very logically which makes it easy to use. I have no complaints thus far. To the developers: Great job!!! Oh, the price is reasonable.....big plus...

Great app, does have a few let downs mostly due to limitations with Shopify coding. But fabulous support that has overcome 99% of our questions and custom coding!

I have been using this app for sometime now and it has helped us grow while increasing business. It is incredibility versatile and can be used in so many ways and easy to use. But I must add, more importantly, the support has been ABSOLUTELY SUPERB throughout whenever I have needed assistance to make sure everything work smoothly. This app is so wonderful! It's easy to use and customize to your theme. We've been using it for awhile now and have had really great results (increased aov in particular!). I highly recommend trying it out.

A very versatile app, allowing you to create all kind of discounts you'd like for your store! I can't think of a better app to use because it allows me to apply any conditions I want for my customers. My favorite part, however, is the customer support - AMAZING customer support who are always there to help: They never left a question unanswered and I know I can rely on them, which is something I never experienced in any app/platform before. Sometimes it may take working your way around Shopify's default discount system to get exactly what you want, for me Paige from customer support has always made this possible (Thank you so much Paige!).

The app is great for increasing your average order value and has great support. I was faced with a particular issue within the app, submitted a support ticket and they solved the issue in a short amount of time. Recommend.
