We have been using Ultimate Special Offers for a while now. We had a few issues to start with as the Theme needed some updates for the App to work perfectly. Although, we had a tricky start the support from the USO team (particularly Patrick) was absolutely brilliant that something we couldn't fault, hence a 5 Star rating for this App. App gives a lots of flexibility with the kind of products we have on offer. Highly recommended.

I first reached out to Ultimate Special Offers support team to embed a free gift for abandoned customers. Rob, a representative from the support team assisted me more than I've expected. This is by far the best deals app around, I've tried a number of them and nobody has near as many options for the types of deals ie discounts, gifts, upsells, cross sells, bogos. I also like how they include banners above the collections and/or products that have deals running. It's a shame shopify a dedicated ecom platform doesn't support the most basic ecom functionality of running a sale but fortunately we have ultimate special offers. Most recently I reached out to them with a fairly complicated requet and they were more than happy to accomodate. WOuld highly recommend this app!

The app is great but the customer support is even better. We had an issue and they were quick to reply and fixed it for us. They also explained what was causing it. I'd definitely recommend using this app.

This app has so many featured that it replaced the need to have multiple discount type apps at my store. That's not even mentioning the superb customer support they have provided. 5 stars all around.

we use this app to provide a discount when customers buy items in sets of 2. It's easy to navigate, works great for our shop and Pixel Union always provides fantastic support!

Had an issue with Ultimate Special offer deals not loading fast on desktop, and not at all on mobile. Jack and his team assisted in making some tweaks to our theme (the team has made a duplicate of your current live theme named '[Orbit] Copy of Main Warehouse Theme'. On this theme, they have hidden the AJAX cart 'checkout' button and the product pricing. This will allow you to continue to use the AJAX mini cart if you prefer). This is going to save me a lot of time. Thank you for going out of your way.

When first installed and you try to use some offers, there may be some bugs depending on your theme. However, the Pixel Union team was able to respond and address my inquiries within 24 hours. Thanks!

This app has been fantastic for us. We tried it out through the holiday season and saw a nice jump in sales by being able to provide quickly customizable bundle offers. The Dev team was fantastic in helping sort out a few code tweaks as well!

I've been really impressed with how versatile this app has been. There are many supported promo types. When we ran into a problem, their support was very helpful and jumped on the issue quickly.
