This app is a scam! I was charged an enormous amount of money even though I am not using the app. The plan was supposed to be pay-as-you-go, but I never received any warning or pop-up informing me that these charges would be applied. This billing practice is misleading and completely unacceptable. I request a full and immediate refund of all the money that was charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and report these deceptive billing practices.

this is the only app in shop that fits our need, for lucky wheel, it is light and useful.
Edit: Additional monthly fee charged for paused store were reimbursed with all other app fees. But this app silently switched to max monthly plan and charged 1323 during last 7 months. Why silently? I didn't touch this app since november, I didn't see any reasons to uninstall, because we had 0 views since then and subscription clearly stated that monthly payments would count only views. And now when moved store from Plus to Advanced both got charged and I've analyzed spending and realized that half of app fees is this unused app. I need proofs of refund.
