EA Email Popup & Spin Wheel

I've had amazing service by Arbaz who has been working with me over 2 days fixing everything and helping me set up the right setting for my spin the wheel. I 100000% recommend this app and the customer service is AMAZING!

Great Team! Always supportive. They're excellent.

I to have had the same experience. I have just checked and it states that the app is free to use and have. At no point does it state monthly subscriptions, Charges per page view etc. It appears to have just been added to the my Shopify charges and I have just noticed this has been on going for some time. If you have different packages you need to state this and make the charges clear not just put on your description page "Free" because it most certainly isn't is it?

This app is a scam! I was charged an enormous amount of money even though I am not using the app. The plan was supposed to be pay-as-you-go, but I never received any warning or pop-up informing me that these charges would be applied. This billing practice is misleading and completely unacceptable. I request a full and immediate refund of all the money that was charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and report these deceptive billing practices.
