I to have had the same experience. I have just checked and it states that the app is free to use and have. At no point does it state monthly subscriptions, Charges per page view etc. It appears to have just been added to the my Shopify charges and I have just noticed this has been on going for some time. If you have different packages you need to state this and make the charges clear not just put on your description page "Free" because it most certainly isn't is it?
