Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage. We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair. As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.
