Misleading users into installing the free version and then charging extra fees.
We’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review. Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage. We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair. As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.

Thieves will steal your money and not return funds
Hi there, We want to address your concerns directly and transparently. After a careful review of your account, we can confirm the following: your store was on our Free plan and no invoice was ever issued to your store, and Shopify processed no charges from our app on your account. There is simply no payment on our side that could be refunded. It's possible you may be recalling a different app installed during the same period. Our Customer Success Manager has emailed you to help look into this and, if it turns out a charge came from another source, point you toward the right party so you can recover those funds.
