Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage. We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions.
