Alan is amazing. He has great customer service skills. He was willing to stick by my side and help me every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable patient and kind. Truthfully, I didn't want any other representative to assist me except for but Alan, but I understand that he has to go home sometime, but yeah, I wish all customer representatives were like Alan. He's amazing! And Alan if you see this, thank you so much, you are definitely top tier.

I haven't started anything yet but had to contact customer support for help signing up and setting up the free plan. They were very helpful and friendly. Something to note: if your impressions go above 300 in any given month, it will automatically sign you up for the text tier and charge you.
