When I saw a pop up message I assumed it was an AI so didn't expect a response when I asked a question but Luis was quick to reply and happy to help with my problem. The app has hugely increased my conversion rate from 2-3% up to 14% so I'm thrilled with that. Highly recommend, my problem was resolved quickly. Thank you!

I have just set up this morning, so I am yet to see the benefits of this for our conversion rate, however, the team have been amazing at helping answer numerous questions for me and making the process to set up very quick and easy.

Leuke app om emailadressen te verzamelen. Op zich een makkelijke app. Had even met één ding hulp nodig. En zelfs op Vrijdagavond krijg ik direct hulp via de chat.

Trying Wheelify for a new Shopify store. Loved the different themes and options. There can be few more customizations such as intent on mobile and flexible layouts, but all in all a great app to get customers to engage. +Winning customer support. I spoke with Sam and he guided me on every step along with the way and helped configure a few things from backend. very responsive and super helpful!!
