When I saw a pop up message I assumed it was an AI so didn't expect a response when I asked a question but Luis was quick to reply and happy to help with my problem. Trying Wheelify for a new Shopify store. Loved the different themes and options. There can be few more customizations such as intent on mobile and flexible layouts, but all in all a great app to get customers to engage. +Winning customer support. I spoke with Sam and he guided me on every step along with the way and helped configure a few things from backend. very responsive and super helpful!!
