The tool is really very good, even if a pair of functions and designs would be cool. But the support is really the best. They helped me solve a problem within a few minutes, even though I don't even have the Pro version.

Most unhelpful "Help Desk". Pretty sure it's just a chat bot with completely irrelevant answers to your questions. Do not waste your time if you are an entrepreneur with limited resources.

The app is good; although I haven't tried another one, I have no intention of switching. The customer service is good and friendly, although they don't speak Spanish, which forces me to use a translator for all interactions. Additionally, the app is not available in Spanish, so when installing it, I had to use a webpage translator. This would be my only negative comment. They could also improve the graphical aesthetics of the roulette, but overall, I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

It would be good to see more template for wheelify. I would expect more flexibility to add custom fields. Customer service is excellent.

Would definitely recommend using this app for your site! i have had this app installed for about a year and have constantly gained customers from it. i had one little hiccup and reached out to customer support & within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. I am very satisfied with this app!

The team was very helpful re-activating spin wheel for us! The directions were easy to follow and the instant help is greatly appreciated. A huge shout out to the chat team at wheelify. This is my second time, they always come through :)
