El servicio de atención al cliente es exageradamente lento. Si vendes producto digital esta app no sirve, porque de algún modo no marca el pedido como realizado y por lo tanto ni los cursos, ni los ebooks, guías... ningún producto digital descarga o se envía al cliente. Después de tenerme más de 4 horas, si, 4 horas, en el chat. No me han solucionado nada de nada. Y en vez de decirme que no sabían como solucionarlo. Me dicen que "he planteado una duda interesante" y cierran el chat, tras 4 horas... FATAL
