It was an unbelievably terrible experience combined with an unprofessional and deceptive way of conduct. If there were a rating of minus one hundred stars, that would be their score. The first thing you see when you try to install their app is their false claim of a free plan, which is not there. If anyone finds it, please let me know. To start, you must choose a paid plan to even see what they offer. They advertise a fourteen-day free trial, so I chose a plan to try it out. Then, they offered a discount for a yearly plan, which I accepted and paid for. A few days later, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for and requested a cancellation and refund. They refused, stating that I was on a yearly plan. When I mentioned the 14-day free trial, they said it was not applicable. I tried hard to convince them for a refund but with no avail. Even canceling my subscription was a nightmare, as well. Although there is a setting to cancel your plan, the cancellation button is dimmed out and unclickable. You must go through a link to contact them before you can cancel. This is another way of deceiving and cheating. They are bad people indeed. My advice to everyone is to be careful.
