Pésimo, luego de los 7 dias gratis se puso automáticamente en la suscripción empire más alta de 99.99 usd siendo a pesos argentinos 140.000 ciento cuarenta mil pesos aprox. me efectuaron un descuento de 197.000 ciento noventa y siete mil pesos argentinos y no me dan respuestas.

Spocket deliver a shocking experience. Their platform barely works, constant issues with logging in among not being able to even use your product allowance for what you pay. You can report issues till you blue in the face, NOTHING GETS RESOLVED. All you ever get told is they have reported it to the tech team. Spocket is a company on the DECLINE. Obviously poor leaderhship. Their live chat support is also clueless. They also rate some suppliers which are known to be SCAMMERS like BigBuy Dropshipping as TOP NOTCH suppliers which is a joke. BigBuy has a 1 star rating on Shopify. Stay away from Spocket. Its a shitshow!!!

This app operates like a billing trap dressed up as a dropshipping tool. For 2–3 days straight I could not log into my own account. Not to cancel. Not to change my password. Not to remove my card. Not to read a single line of my own billing info. The dashboard was completely dead. I was a paying customer locked out of the service I was paying for. With no way back in and my store waiting on suppliers, I had no choice but to open a second account just to keep operating. So now I was paying Spocket twice for the same business — one account I couldn't even access. Eventually I cancelled both accounts. I have the cancellation receipts. Saved. Time-stamped. Done. Today my bank flagged an $80 charge from Spocket. For two cancelled accounts. After being locked out of one of them without warning in the first place. I've filed a complaint with my bank and requested they either block Spocket permanently or reissue my card so this company can never touch my money again. If you run a serious Shopify store, do not give these people your card number. In my case, they locked me out, forced me to pay twice, and kept charging me after I cancelled. This is not a supplier. This is a billing trap. One star is too generous. After Spocket's public reply asking us to "contact support," here is what is already on file with their team: On May 16, Spocket's Head of Operations wrote, in writing: "a full refund and cancellation of your account." We accepted the same day — itemized $78.49 ($48.91 + $29.58), the two accounts to cancel, and asked for written confirmation plus transaction references. They confirmed: "I've noted the two accounts for cancellation … and I am ready to proceed with the full refund of $78.49." However, the refund was conditioned on (1) cancelling our open Eurobank dispute before any refund is issued, and (2) removing this review — quoted: "I kindly ask if you can remove the review as well as this will serve as my ticket to expedite and bypass our refund process." The same email was resent verbatim on May 18. We declined both. Reviews are not bargaining chips, and no customer should drop their bank dispute before a written commitment is honored. Once the refund clears, we will update this review.

After i have posted earlier today regarding my bad experience with spocket, the operation manager herself has contacted me to tackle the issue and appologize on the way the customer service had dealt with my complaint. She was really professional and has resolved my issue, i have been offered 3 month free of charge and a full refund for the period where i couldn't use my account for more than a month and no body could address my problem. I am looking forward to have to change the way i perceived the spocket team and i hope for a positive experience going now forward. Thank you!

I strongly do NOT recommend Spocket. The app has benn barely functioning over a month, especially when it comes to integration with Shopify, which constantly fails or disconnects. For a fropshipping platform, this is completly unacceptable. The customer suppport is by far the worst I have experienced with any Shopify app. Responses are slow, generic and completly unhelpful. It feels like no one is actually solving the problem. Even worse, billing management is extremly problematic. Once you subscrube, it becomes very difficult to properly disable or cancel billing plan. The system is dsigned to trap users in subscriptions. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. One of the worst apps I have used.

If I could give zero stars I would as I have requested since October to have this account closed and to stop billing and every month they continue to bill my account $99.99. Every time a new payment goes through, I go through the whole process again to stop the billing only to wait a month to see if I am billed again. FIVE months now I am dealing with this and over $500 later I am still not sure if they are going to stop the March billing.

2 jours d’utilisation et on me débite ma carte. J’ai contacté le service client, ils m’ont promis un remboursement que je n’ai jamais eu. Le mois d’après je reçois encore un débit alors que j’avais résilié et supprimé l’application. Très déçu de leurs part.

Easy integration to Shopify.. Suppliers are some of the worst ever, delays in processing orders (I have orders pending for over 3 weeks now), refunds never reflected back, shipping inaccuracy (supplier claims to be based in the US, item gets delivered from China or Turkey).. I'm currently in the process of changing to another provider as this app is not reliable at all and will eventually harm your business.

impossible to connect spocket to shopify, not even support can help with this process, back and forth emails with support without resolution or even understanding of the challenge is leading me to the decision to cancel both memberships and find an alternative

ive deleted and cancelled this app after buying a sample over 3 months ago and I still have not received it. They also keep billing me even though I removed cc information and cancelled. shady shady

This app made product sourcing so much easier for my store. I was able to find fast-shipping products from the US and Europe and import them in just a few clicks. Shipping times improved a lot and customers are happier. Definitely worth using if you want faster delivery
