Qarakata review for Spocket: USA & EU Dropshipping

I am having the worst time ever with Spocket's Tech and Customer Service. At the point, it seems I've been in contact with all their agents and bots. Yet none is able to help me move my account along. I opened the account a week ago and up till now, I dont have a working Shopify store. They deleted the wrong store and I have tried all I could to move things along - even opening another Shopify store at my own expense. unfortunately I paid for the Empire annual package and even though Im still within the 14 days trial, I can't get out without losing all that. I am a very small business hoping to start work as quickly as possible. 1 week is down and now no one is communicating with me. I have an account but no store to push all the products to. So no trading. I am really at my wit's end because I see all theses agents online and I write to them - respectfully - but I am being ignored. It seems no one knows what they are doing and I get conflicting advices from each of them! At this point, I just need to be able to cancel and get my money back. What could be improved? Tech Support and Customer Service.
